I while ago, I contributed a story to Thomas Pluck and Fiona Johnson's Lost Children Project. The deal was this: for every story submitted, Fiona and Thomas pledged to donate five dollars to a children’s charity—either PROTECT: The National Association to Protect Children or Children 1st.
I’m happy to announce that the good work started by the Lost Children Project will continue in Lost Children: A Charity Anthology, due for publication on November 1st. If you’d care to spend a bit of your hard earned dough on a damn good cause and get an an enjoyable read thrown into the mix to boot, you’ll be able to purchase your copy of the book through Barnes & Noble, Smashwords or Amazon beginning next month. As the publication date creeps closer, look for further details on how you can get your mitts on a copy of the book and give a little cash to a very deserving cause.
