For some time now, I've wanted to write a column that focuses on my belief that technology can make you a smarter, happier traveller. Well, here we are.
Every two weeks, my new column, Have Gear, Will Travel, will be featured at Macworld. I'll be sharing the best travel tips, apps, tech-friendly travel destinations and reviews of travel-related hardware and accessories that I can find. Exciting, right?!
Well, I think it is.
In this week's column, we take a look at language learning software. Over the next two months, I'll be testing our three popular applications--Duolingo, Rosetta Stone and Babbel--to see which one offers the best learning experience. So: when I'm not working, there's be no time for video games. That fluff will be replaced by the sweet drudgery of education.
You can check out the first edition of the column, here.
